I have a client that is running an Exchange 5.5. The president of this company has intermittent problems w/ dropping attachments. This person is proficient in sending/receiving email. I’ve watched her send attachments and am confident that this is not a user error issue. Attachments aren’t making it to recipients, both internal and external recipients. This doesn’t happen every time. The only time she is made aware is when somebody emails her back w/ a note telling her she forgot to send an attachment (usually small doc or xls files). Does this sound like a corrupted edb issue? What utilities can I run to determine if they have a corrupted edb issue? What kind of audits or logging should I run to try and track this person’s email problems? Help, I’ve been putting this off for a bit, trying to figure out the best method to approach this problem.
