Exchange 5.5, remote administration poss

Im a sysadmin for my company. The boss wants our secretary to take over editing the global address book so it will free up my time for other things. Can she edit it remotely from her own computer instead of her taking up time on the actual exchanger server? If so please give as much detail as you can.
