Exchange 5.5 Server address to Express

How to export Exchange 5.5 Server email addresses to Outlook Express or other non-exchange clients ? I’ve tried using Exchange Server Admin -> Tools -> Directory Import -> which creates a CSV file but in Outlook Express Address Book its not getting added properly.
Any other method ?
