Exchange 5.5 sp2

I’m running Nt4 box with Exchange 5.5 sp2 and Norton Antivirus. Exchange runs ok, except when rebooted it does not want to load any echange services, i get a message that services could not be started. I can’t start them manually I get a message services cannot be started. I have to restore from offline backup and start services manually.
