I know you can turn on message tracking in Exchange 5.5. And this works fine for extrenal messages coming in from the Internet. But I can’t seem to find a way to track messages once they are inside of our network.
Example:
User1 receieves a message from the internet. They then forward this to 20 people in the company.
User2 receives the message from User1 and then forwards it to 20 other people in the company.
Soon we have a flood of messages bouncing all over the place. We havetried to educate all users as to why they shouldn’t be doing this, but of course we have a few that can’t seem to do as they are told.
If we could track this, we could take approriate action to those that are forwarding these types of emails.Thanks,
