EXCHANGE 5.5 WEBMAIL IN BACKOFFICE 5

Can anyone give me a quick list of the step i need to follow to install webmail in the exchange 5.5 with backoffice 5.?

We also have a firewall, I guess i will have to open the WWW port (or set the webmail in another port, like 8080), also, is itposible to install it with SSL, https? do you know how?
