I have users that are exceeding their IS disk space allocation. When I try to clean up their box (delete items), the size never changes. I have cleaned out the recover-deleted item, sent items, turn off journaling and run an offline defrag. Nothing changes. I have had to set them to unlimited. Any Suggestions?
