What permission would allow someone to send mail on behalf of another users mailbox and still show the other user as the original sender? For example: I have access to John’s mailbox, I open an email and reply, but the recipient receives the mail as if it came from me. What permissions or roles should I set. I’ve gone into the users account and gave permission to send on behalf, and the user has a role of Publishing editor, what else is missing or is it even possible to do???
