Currently we are using Exchange server. And for all the managers level, we store all the emails in their own harddrive in their own PST files. If we store their emails in the exchange mailbox, the person with the exchange administrator password can open all the mailboxes in the server. How to prevent this if we intend to store all emails in Exchange mailboxes ? Please advise.
