We have Exchange Server 2003 and have one user that is unable to receive large emails. The sender receives a email with the message:
Your message did not reach the intended recipients. The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
user@ourdomain.com (Failed (5.2.3)
The users setting for size of email is umlimited and I am surprised that the message we get is not noting that it is size issue.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
