We currently use a standard modem dial up connection to the isp to send out
mail. The modem dials up every 15 miniutes but nothing goes out from the
queue or comes in. To get mail to go out and come in we have to manually
dial the connection. It is fine disconnecting when it is idle. I have checked the settings in IMS and nothings seems out of place Could someone please explain what we have missed?
