I just took over the administration of Exchange server, the email address is currently set as the 1st character of the first name and the first 4 characters of the last name. I would like to change this to first_last@domain.com.
there are over 1000 mailboxes, how can I do this quickly and effectively so that the old address is still valid why I add the new SMTP address to each mailbox and set it as the reply-to address?
