It’s been many years since I used exmerge so my memory may be off. In the past I thought I’ve used emerge to take mailboxes out of the information store (we used to run exhange that had the 16GB size limitation). I thought i remember on occasions when the information store went above 16gb and shut down having used exmerge to reduce the size of the database.
I’m not using exmerge because of a size limitation but I was using it to remove a former employees mailbox from the store. I guess it doesn’t move the mailbox but make a copy in .pst format, is that correct?
Can this be done?
