Hi Everyone,
We are planning to migrate from GroupWise 4.1a to Exchange 5.5 . Right this point we are performing lab testing and having some problem with the Exchange GroupWise Connector.
What we have done so far:
1. Both the Exchange and GroupWise are up and running
2. We have installed the API gateway with patch 1 in the GroupWise box and configured the Exchange GroupWise Connector
3. We synchronize the GroupWise directory with the Exchange and vise versa
4. Users in GroupWise cansee Exchange user in their address book and vise versa
What we can not do:
1. User sends email from GroupWise to Exchange and user in Exchange does not receive the email. For some reason it get lost some where in sync process
2. User sends email from Exchange to GroupWise and user in GroupWise does not receive the email. Under the API_PROBLEM folder we find the undelivered email and it seems like API Gateway can not recognize some keywords which represent site, user name, server, domain and post offices. Following is the some sample of the error message:
