I am a network admin for Windows and Unix based environment, my question was with regards to MS Exchange – We have exchange 2003 setup for our server environment and use Outlook 2002 and 2003 as the e-mail client on the front end, at the present moment it seems as a lot of users are able to view other users “Outlook Inbox” which they should not be able to, now some of the users have shared their “Outlook Calendar” but not their “Outlook Inbox”. I have gone in their mail box rights and have looked at their permission settings, I don’t see a permission that is set so that everyone within the company can view their Inbox, moreover when I go into their “Outlook Inbox” and right click and select properties and then go to permissions, only “Default” is set to none. I know I am missing something somewhere which is causing this to happen.
Can someone help me solve or troubleshoot this problem, as I don’t want company employees to be going into Managements Inbox. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Nishi
