Exchange Mailbox has Junk E-mail and Correo Nao Solicitado

An Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003 user went to Portugal and came back with an extra folder in his Outlook. Now, junk mail is no longer going to the Junk E-mail folder, but instead being redirected to the magically created Correo Nao Solicitado folder. How can I get rid of the Correo Nao Solicitado folder?

Well, 'Correo' is Portuguese for 'mail'. I think you can figure out 'no solicitado' yourself.

Did they just rename the 'Junk Mail' folder?

Have you tried deleting and recreating the user's Outlook profile? How about checking the Junk settings (Actions, Junk)?
