Exchange Mailbox won’t Create

Yesterday i noticed when creating user accounts that the mailbox does not create?

I’ve rebooted the Exchange server and nothing.
Looking in Event viewer i dont see any errors?

Has anyone had this issue before and how have they corrected it.

I seen a similar post here before, and they mentioned rebooting the server fixed it.

Oh i’m running Windows 2003 Server and Exchange 2003.
