Is there anyway to set up a policy for everyone that cleans out their deleted FOLDER and sent folder of old e-mails? Let say anything older than 30 days. I found one thing to clean out the things that were deleted out of the deleted folder after so many days (that is so they can only “undelete” deleted e-mails) by using the tools menu and selecting recover deleted items. So it doesn’t really touch their mailbox. So is there something or am I going to have to go to everyone’s machine and setup auto archiving?
