Exchange on Multiple domains???

Is it possible with exchange 2000/2003 to serve multiple windows domains? I know you can do multiple virtual domains but I’m not sure about windows domains.

The reason I ask is that I have several small clients that I do side work for. I would like to host one exchange server and through VPN serve out mail/exchange to all thier networks witout having to make them all a part of the same domain.
