Project: I am setting up a “special” department within our company consisting of about 100 people with an email account that they will be accessing strictly through Outlook Web Access (OWA), and need to restrict them from being able to send but permit them to be able to receive emails. Also I need to be able to setup there email accounts with an auto delete according to age, so that there mailboxes do not get to full.
Question: Does anyone know how to do this?
Part 1: (Setting up Send / Receive restrictions)
I have with a week through Microsoft’s help files, and through some forms on here figured out how to limit there ability to send by shutting off send if there mailbox is bigger than 1kb. So unless someone knows a better way of doing this, then this part is done already.
Part 2: (Auto Delete by date, mailbox size limit, or any criteria really)
Any help as always will be greatly appreciated.
