Exchange problem ?

well i m getting undeliverable/undelivered emails which i have sent it one month before. when i complained to the support person of our domain, they said your exchange server is not configured properly or lack of PTR records on the server whereas our server was working fine since 2 yrs we installed & configured it. so you ?T GUYS have any solution for this problem..
