Exchange Queue

Dear there

I have problem when i try to send Email to one domain out side our org but the problem is all messages stucked in the Exchange queue showing the following message
‘The connection was dropped due to an SMTP protocol event sink ”

Really it’s make me creazy ,, i don’t know what can i do ,, please advice
