Exchange Redundancy

By nsfromla ·
What's the best option to have a redundant Exchange. I have read a very informative article "Go beyond bulletproof Exchange with GeoCluster". If anyone else has any other suggestion please let me know.

Exchange Redundancy

by frankb In reply to Exchange Redundancy

Hi Raj. Geography is an important consideration. If you are looking for replication over large distances, GeoCluster may be your best option.

Exchange is a cluster-aware application and using Microsoft clustering (used to be Wolfpack) is another option. Might be lower cost as well if you are already running AS.

Hopefully, you're doing this on Windows 2000. Clustering is VASTLY improved over NT 4.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
