I have two servers I’m working with. One is our exchange 5.5 sp4 server, and the other is an ecommerce server. The ecommerce server needs to be able to send confirmation e-mails to customers when they place an order. It is set to send through ourexchange server. On the exchange server I have put the IP address of the ecommerce server in the “Hosts and clients with these IP addresses.” But in testing, I’ve found only internal e-mail addresses will recieved confirmation e-mails, but external e-mail addresses never receive the confirmation e-mails. What am I doing wrong?
