Our company recently implemented a mailbox policy with size restriction. I did a test on one of the accounts that was currently at 36mb. I set the mailbox limit at 36mb and it successfully did not allow any mail to be sent and received.
However, now that i have changed the limit to 500mb, the change is not taking effect. I have tried several things and neither one has worked. The mailbox still shows to be full. Is there some kind of update procedure to push the update from exchange to the mailbox?
