Exchange Server 2003: Translation Software

We have implemented Exchange Server 2003 as one solution to help filter junk email between employees and messages from outside accounts (e.g. Hotmail, Yahoo, etc). Yet there is one thing we did not account for and that is translating emails from employees who speak a language other than English.

For example we have Russian, Turkey, and Spanish speaking employees who send messages to other staff all the time in their native language. Yet we have no idea if these messages are “safe” or “junk”.

Any one know of translation software that integrates with Exchange Server 2003 to flag messages in other languages as “safe” or junk”?
