Several people here are getting their email bounced back with a Mail Server is down or unreachable. They have talked to the recipient and found that their mail server has had no problems. One person responded to an email and so did not have to typeor select the address. Another selected 10 address that are in her Outlook Contacts.
Any ideas how we can fix this or what is happening?
