i am using exchange server 5.5. i am testing troubleshooting procedures. so i just installed one more PC with exact servername/domain and organisation/site but not yet connected to the network. i am using NT4 SP6, exch 5.5 SP4. I want to restore data from ARCSERVE 6.61 backup into this new server. then I will down my old server for a few seconds and see if this new server is functioning properly. if everythingis OK i will revert back to the old server. this is to safeguard as a disaster recovery purpose. How do i do it ? please can anybody give me the steps ?
