Exchange server 5.5 cannot send email

by alexstan . Updated 24 years, 10 months ago

Hi,
We have a bit of a problem the exchange server does not send email out we get an undeliverable mail report stating > Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

‘alexstan@hotmail.com’ on 22/12/00 10:11
The recipient name is not recognized
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=INITCOMP;l=INITNT2-001222101055Z-1
MSEXCH:IMS:INITCOMP:INITNT2:INITNT2 3553 (000B099C) 553 sorry, that domain isn’t in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
Our mail goes out by smtp and all settings are correct, the mail just seems to be turned back from the Exchange server immediatly after you send it Server running exchange 5.5 sp3
NTserver 4 sp6
Uses direct connection out on ISDN line
I look forward to your responses
