I am currently running MS Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 3 (admin.exe 5.5.2650.24 and store.exe 5.5.2650.23). I want to install ScanMail for Exchange v3.51 from Trend Micro but this require the 5.5.2653.12 store.exe. So, I decide to apply service pack 4 to the Exchange Server. My machine has 2 physical drives C: and D: The admin.exe and store.exe is located in d:\exchgsvr\bin directory. I followed the instruction in the Microsoft download site: downloaded all 13 compressed files of the Service Pack 4 into C:\SP4 and then unzip them to C: This instruction does not work. It only creates some directories such c:\eng\server\setup\i386\bin under this dir I find the new admin.exe and store.exe. I also tried to run this new admin.exe but crashed with missing some dll message. I need to know how to apply the service pack 4.
