I want to add something in each and every user's signature of my Site. Please let me know how can I do that.

That means whenver somebody sends an e-mail that line or something which I want to add gets along with the signature of the sender.

I think the short answer to this is, you can't. Most companies hand out an SOP on how users are to go about setting this up in their signatures then verify it is done by having each new employee email them verifying it is done.

=( don?t know about where you work, but the places I work trying to get approval for 3rd party software end up costing thousands in resources
