What is the best way to set up group scheduling on NT 4.0 Exchange? I want a group of approx. 25 people to share the same calender/scheduling.

well, do you mean you want a master calendar that everyone can add items to, delete items from, etc? you should use a public folder in this case, and give each user the appropriate permissions. (editor if you want all the users to be able to add/change/delete all entries in the calendar, author if you want them to only add/change/delete their own entries...etc.)

if you mean you want them to be able to schedule meetings between themselves, there is nothing you need to do besides showing theusers how to schedule a meeting with multiple users. (invite attendee's button in New Appointment item)

if you have something else in mind, please elaborate and i will try to help as best i can.
