Exchange Server Issues

I have been getting a plethora of NDR’s and Delay notification sending emails. I use Outlook 2003 and the mail is sent through Microsoft Exchange. I notice that the emails are in “Retry” state in the SMTP area of the Exchange queues.
Somebody please help!!
