Exchange uninstall and reinstall

I uninstalled Exchange Server from the CD and then reformatted the drive that it was located on. Then I reinstalled Exchange. Now my shortcut to Administrator is no longer in my start menu and when i try to execute the program I get an error “cCannot find file specified Microsoft Win NT ID no: 0xc0020002” If anyone can help it would be appreciated. NT 4 server and Exchange 5.5. Thanks!
