We have created a task folder under public folders, w/ sub task folders for every support tech we have. I want the sub task folders to show up in each person’s mailbox’s task. In other words, can I redirect my mailbox “TASK” to view what is storedin a public folder.
Everybody needs to see what is on each other’s plate and opening everybody’s mailbox to do so is cumbersome. Also, it is difficult when tasks are sent via mail, they store in each mailbox’s “TASK” and not where we are tracking our tasks at, under public folders. There has to be a way around this issue…….. HELP!!
