exchange2003 hosted

Hi, I set up exchange 2003 as hosting solution.It works fine, but I have a problem.
How can I let my customers to manage their accounts without envolving IT department of my company?
I’ve tried Microsoft webadmin but it has many problems and needs heavy customization.
Is there any third party solution or MS tools or active directory configuration to solve this problem?
