Exchange2k/Outlook 2k Resend Permissions

When a user opens an item in the sent items folder and performs a resend, they receive a Non-Delivery Receipt saying they do not have permission to send mail.

As administrator I do not have this problem, so it has to be a permissions problem. Anyideas how to resolve this issue?

Reset the mailbox on the clients computer. If that doesn't work, redo the mailbox on the Exchange Side. The mailbox could be corrupt.
