Execute Access Forbidden

By pankaj_surve ·
I get this error when my browser requests for an asp page. It works fine when I request a html page.
The error message returned is as follows:

HTTP 403.1 Forbidden: Execute Access Forbidden
Internet Information Services

Technical Information (for support personnel)

You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed.

Can somebody help me out of this.

It is all to do with the permission settings on the directory the file is in, you need to have execute checked (through properties on the folder on hte server) for the user acount that IIS uses.
