Execute two programs in one shortcut

Can I create a single shortcut in WinXP that execute two programs at once. For example when I click the shortcut, it execute MSWord altogether with PowerPoint? Or any other combination? Or not only two, but also three or four programs at once? Is it possible? Thanks.
