I am administering a WIN2K Server RRAS used for VPN access to a mixed-mode WIN2K/WIN2K3/WIN2K8 AD domain company network that experiences intermittent user VPN client authentication problems causing users to sometimes not be able to use domain resources though they are connected to the network via the VPN. If this problem happens, the user reconnects and then they can access the resources without a problem until they terminate the session and again attempt a reconnect. Sometimes the user can access the resources on the first connection attempt.
The user does have TCP/IP access to the network via the VPN even though they fail authentication for other domain resources.
Any advice would be appreciated.
