Explorer 5.5 Connection Options

by c_stalhood . Updated 24 years, 10 months ago

I have a laptop that while at the office I am connecting to the Internet through my LAN (ISDN). Under the Exporer “Connections” tab, I have bulleted ‘dial whenever a network connection is not present’ and I have my default ISP selected. When clicking Explorer, this normally works as it should whether on the network or not. Sporadically, when connected to my LAN, when I click Explorer, it tries to DIAL my ISP, rather than connect through the LAN as it should — everything else is seeing the LAN just fine. Any Suggestions why Explorer is not seeing the LAN and everything else is?
