I would be pleased if someone could help me with the following problem. I cannnot afford to reformat my hard disk because I of course did not do a back up and need all the information on my outlook and c: drive. I did call up technical support, butwas on the phone for 50 minutes (it costs $1.65 per minute) and was kept hanging that the lines were busy… I did try again later on for a total of 2.45 hours and still was left hanging so of course I have paid for these calls without being able tospeak to someon. When I try to open up windows 98 (I have tried to reinstall it but still get the same message) I get the following:
