I have several users who’s XP doesn’t load explorer.exe after they log into Windows. It’s a common problem, but it’s inconsistent and intermittent; it doesn’t happen to all users.
I’ve tried disabling unnecessary startup items using msconfig and also tried putting explorer in the starup, but neither has worked.
Anyone have any ideas? Your help is greatly appreciated.
