Explorer has generated an error

This error appears every 10 secs or so on 2 PC’s. One is XP Pro the other W2k pro. Have run Panda, Spybot,Adaware, Xp Repair, still does it. It’s obviosly a virus, but not one I’ve come up against. any ideas?
