Hi I am running xp home with sp2 and I keep getting this error message whenever I right click on the desktop, recycle bin or in explorer.
Explorer.exe fatal exception error Failed to load application texts. Immediate exit.
When I click OK in the box the screen resets itself. I have looked in quite a few places for an answer, to no avail. I have to use another program to delete anything or move files around.
