How can I export application log file to a Excel sheet ?

Most of the time, you can just go into Excel, and open the file from there by selecting "All Files" in the file type box. If the file is of a different format, you will be prompted for the import format -Delimited Etc.

from event viewer, right-click on application log, click on Save Log File as. Under Save as type, select CSV (comma delimited) (*.csv). Enter a filename and click Save. You can open this Command delimited file into Excel.

open event viewer and being viewing the application log, click on log, save as, select comma delimited text.
