Exporting Outlook in Lotus

I am starting a new job where they use Lotus Notes for email. At my current job, they use Outlook. I have many important emails that I would like to keep. Is there a way to export Outlook into some format, that I can import into Lotus Notes to keep all this? I didn’t notice anything that stood out in the Import/Export feature of Outlook
