i am running windows vista. i bought a wd my book ext hard drive,which i sent to a recovery company to store files from my old fried hard drive.the drivers installed,device is compatible.but when i double click on the wd hard drive icon in the drive list i get a window with multiple items, none of which seems to open the drive so i can view my recovered files. help!
