i realise this may be the dumbest question yet and may expose me to ridicule from all of you….BUT..i have never had a call to do this before and simply don’t know how to do it…, so please bear with me…i am traveling to a foreign destination and need to take very confidential business files with me, both on a 2.5″ external drive and an 8gig u.s.b. stick. how do i pass-word protect these drives ?….nothing too elaborate, just to give me a sense of security, that if a drive is lost, or stolen, the files there-on are not easily readable. thank you.
