I have a problem with my external hard drive enclosure. Recently my Toshiba Satellite 1135-S155 stopped working and I removed the hard drive. I then put it in my Dynex external hard drive enclosure, plugged it to my hp pavilion desktop, but it does not recognize my the external hard drive enclosure. First it detects an external hard ware, then it says there was a problem loading it, then it stops recognizing there is anything plugged into the USB port. Any ideas?
